Avida Towers is very well located at and near the centre of IloIlo City’s highlights. Dining, entertainment, shopping and businesses are all within reach of our apartment. Points of interest nearby: Atria Park District - 300m Riverside Boardwalk 1km (lots of nice restaurants) Megaworld Business District - 2.5km Iloilo River Esplanade - 1km Smallville Complex - 1.1km SM City - 1.2km Iloilo International Airport - 18km The easiest way to travel around the city is by Tricycle (for nearby locations) or by metered taxi. For about 100-150 PHP you are able to get to most parts of the city by taxi. Usually a tricycle is around 20-50 PHP for nearby places. Parking In front of the building there is free parking but it is subject to availability. There is also street side parking on the main street, which is obviously also subject to availability. If the parking spaces in front of the building/lobby are full then you can ask a security guard to assist you. Swimming Pool Outdoor amenities such as the pool are also available for 100 php (daytime) or 150php/pax (night time) payable to the guard at the swimming pool. The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, other days it is open from 6am to 10pm. Other - There is a security-guard on premise 24/7. - Due to the current situation, our building management requires you to present a valid ID and vaccination card which should be send to me beforehand to prevent any delays in the lobby. - The place sleeps a maximum of two, having some friends over is no problem as long as they do not stay overnight.
